What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controls Specialist position at Motor City Wash Works Inc?
- Combing Orders to forecast upcoming Panels (CruzLite, GEN2, Mister GEN2 and
- ChemMon) and alert staff of these panels on the horizon
- Programming Panels (Currently under Supervision by Jordan and Justin)
- Controls Department Software Tool Upkeep and Programming (GEN2 and Plant
- Commissioner software’s, along with assisted tools for Tech Support)
- Will soon begin deep dive into the PLC World of programming Sub System Devices (Axis Arch 2).
- Will soon begin deep dive into Electrical Schematics documentation and BOM Work.
- Will take over commissioning Edge PC’s (in conjunction with the Software Team) and develop a commissioning system to be used by Production.
- Documentation, versioning and software management
- All other tasks as assigned
