We are growing and we are looking for a full time Content Creator who wants to be part of the Motobilt crew.

We are growing and we are looking for a full time Content Creator who wants to be part of the Motobilt crew.
Position Summary
This is an on site position in Ozark, Alabama. Remote work is not an option for this role. The Content Creator must work inside the shop to capture real builds, product development, new product launches, daily shop life, crew culture, and everything that makes Motobilt unique.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes the off road lifestyle. You must be a strong storyteller who can shoot and edit high quality video and photography. You must bring ideas to the table every day and have the drive to own the content process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and edit video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads
- Photograph builds, products, events, and shop activity
- Create and manage content calendars
- Produce long form content for YouTube
- Write short form captions and blog entries that support brand storytelling
- Travel with the Motobilt crew to off road events and produce on site content
- Work with the CEO and marketing team on brand direction and creative strategy
- Develop new content ideas that support brand growth and drive engagement
- Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets
Qualifications
- Strong experience in video production and video editing
- Strong photography skills across lifestyle, action, and product
- Ability to create content quickly with high expectations for quality
- Passion for the off road industry
- Ability to self manage and bring creative ideas to leadership
- Must be willing to work on site full time at Motobilt headquarters
- Must be able to travel as needed for events
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with storytelling across all social platforms
- Camera, video and Drone operation
- Knowledge of Jeep builds and off road culture
- Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, or similar
