What you’ll do:
- Support Workers’ Comp (intake, tracking, documentation, follow-ups)
- Assist with recruiting (job postings, scheduling, candidate coordination)
- Handle high-volume data entry and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and process updates/changes
- Communicate with employees, managers, and external partners
- Keep everything accurate, organized, and confidential
What you bring:
- 2 years of HR coordination or admin HR support
- Hands-on Workers’ Comp experience
- Recruiting/TA coordination exposure
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and HR systems
Nice to have:
- Experience in fast-paced environments (manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
- HRIS experience (ADP, Paycom, UKG, Workday)
This role starts as a contract with strong potential to convert to full-time for the right person
Salary : $25 - $30
