Lead Environmental Projects That Make a Difference
We're looking for an experienced Environmental Construction Foreman to lead field crews on environmental remediation, excavation, demolition, grading, and system installation projects throughout Washington.

Responsibilities
- Lead field crews and daily construction activities
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Read plans and project specifications
- Monitor productivity, schedules, and quality
- Lead daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
- Track project documentation, change orders, and progress
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
Qualifications
- 10 years of environmental construction or demolition experience
- Experience with excavation, grading, demolition, asbestos abatement, or environmental system installation
- Strong leadership and safety background
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate field operations
- Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER and 8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher certifications
