They are seeking a Client Solutions Specialist who enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through technical questions, and helping projects move from inquiry to completion.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. Instead, you'll work with inbound inquiries from customers who already need help. Your job is to understand their goals, ask thoughtful questions, coordinate with laboratory experts, prepare quotes, and help clients determine the best testing solution for their needs.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer inquiries
- Ask questions to understand customer goals, applications, and testing needs
- Coordinate with laboratory teams to identify appropriate testing solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project information
- Manage customer communication throughout the process
- Explain technical information in a way that is clear and easy to understand
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Build trusted relationships with customers through responsiveness and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, account management, healthcare support, laboratory services, medical device support, technical customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions and uncover customer needs
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining them to others
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience working with CRM systems preferred
