What are the responsibilities and job description for the Used Rental Administrator position at MOTIVE ENERGY LLC?
The Used/Rental Administrator is responsible for supporting their supervisor and the department with clerical support in the performance of day-to-day tasks.
- Collects and provides drivers with daily delivery paperwork.
- Scans all documentation and distributes to the proper department.
- Schedules scrap pick ups and processes paperwork with check or credit requests, as needed.
- Serves as back-up administrator for all branches.
- Receives requests from, and assigns rentals/loaners to, the Shop Department for Travel & Event purposes.
- Records and tracks information in software.
- Scans and files documents electronically for records retention.
- Takes calls from drivers, vendors, and customers.
All other duties as required.
