Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels at hands-on technical work—including product installation and repair—while also maintaining organized records and communicating effectively across departments. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and providing technical support to both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Technical Services: Perform processional product installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Manage in-house repairs for units returned to HQ
- Inventory & Parts Management: Oversee service parts logistics, including ordering parts from HQ and managing stock levels for out-of-state locations
- Field Support: Provide on-site support for out-of-state projects and handle emergency situations, such as urgent leak repairs, as needed
- Consultation & Support: Act as a technical advisor for out-of-state installation partners and provide technical guidance to the Customer Service (CS) team
- R&D Testing: Participate in testing new products to ensure quality standards and functional performance before market release
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Previous experience in home appliance installation, repair, or a similar field-based technical role is preferred. (Entry level candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are welcome to apply)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is required for data entry and reporting
- Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail regarding documentation and data management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
- Proactive problem solving mindset for emergency service calls
Salary Range: $48K~$55K
