Duties & Responsibilities:
- Wave and spin signs to grab attention and promote new home communities.
- Stay active and enthusiastic while working with the flow of traffic.
- Represent the community with a fun, engaging attitude.
Qualifications:
- Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 6-hour shifts).
