What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Advocate position at Motivation, Education, & Training, Inc.?
- Build relationships with families to understand their needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and goal-setting support.
- Advocate for families in accessing housing, healthcare, education, and financial assistance.
- Assist with navigating state and local programs, including benefits and social services.
- Partner with local organizations to expand resource networks.
- Represent the program at community events and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate case notes and data for program evaluation.
- Submit timely reports on family progress and outcomes.
- Complete and manage reports and activities in accordance with program
- Collect data and track client progress and conduct assessments to identify possible interventions, provide guidance and referrals to resources.
- Facilitate group activities, program overviews, and
- Participate in staff meetings, case reviews and supervised
- Track required program data, maintain case files, assessments, support services and work experience by federal, state and agency funding.
- Maintain and submit in a timely manner all required program
