Position Summary:
Position formerly called Instructional Assistant, Bilingual; The Learning Support Assistant, Bilingual, plays a pivotal role in delivering academic and community-based support to students under the guidance of a credentialed teacher. This includes monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with routine administrative tasks to support the Learning Facilitator's workload.

Employees must provide proof of a clear tuberculosis (TB) test within 60 days of hire, per Education Code Section 49406. This clearance must be renewed every four years to remain compliant.

They also support MY Academy’s mission to employ highly qualified staff who are prepared to provide safe, effective, and responsive educational services to all students.
