- Develops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.
- Manages service personnel to ensure they meet customer’s expectations and requirements.
- Ensures that every technician has the proper training and certifications to meet the needs of the job.
- Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties.
- Ensures that service personnel are provided the proper equipment and tools needed to perform jobs correctly and safely.
- Ensures the service team adheres to all new SOP’s, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs.
- Assists Manager and/or Account Specialist in customer surveys and is able to review jobs for quotes.
- Participates with Manager in hiring new Field Service Technicians.
- Tracks all training for each technician.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
