We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to become an important part of our growing team. This is a unique position where you'll spend part of your day helping create clear aligners that improve people's smiles and part of your day helping keep our office running smoothly.
No dental laboratory experience? That's okay. If you're eager to learn, enjoy working with technology, and take pride in doing quality work, we'll provide the training you need.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, which keeps the job interesting. Your responsibilities may include:
In Our Orthodontic Lab
- Learning how clear aligners are made from start to finish
- Preparing dental models for 3D printing
- Working with 3D printers and other specialized equipment
- Trimming and polishing aligners so they're ready for patients
- Helping prepare plaster and plastic models
- Keeping the lab clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Following detailed procedures to ensure excellent quality
In Our Office
- Greeting and assisting customers over the phone
- Communicating with doctors' offices
- Scheduling appointments and helping coordinate projects
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and entering information accurately
- Managing emails, files, and other daily office tasks
- Assisting with light marketing or social media projects when needed
- Jumping in wherever help is needed to support the team

If you've worked on crafts, woodworking, hobbies, artwork, model building, sewing, repairing things, or simply enjoy creating things with your hands, those skills often transfer very well to this position.
Office or administrative experience is a plus, but your attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are even more important to us.
