Our client, one of the world's largest investment companies, is actively looking for a Workfront Administrator to join their Creation Technology & Automations team! The role is 100% remote however EST hours are preferred.
***This is a 1 year initial contract with the opportunity to extend***
You will be joining a team that is dedicated to enhancing efficiency in content creation, personalization, campaign management, and the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies, including Generative AI. At the core of these initiatives is Adobe Workfront. They are seeking a seasoned Adobe Workfront Administrator who not only optimizes this essential platform but also identifies operational needs, designs solutions independently, and leads impactful automation and AI-driven innovation.
Responsibilities
Platform Management
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Adobe Workfront platform.
Strategic Solution Ownership
- Proactively identify business, operational, and workflow needs across stakeholders and independently design, propose, and deliver scalable solutions.
Automation and Technical Expertise
- Serve as an expert in automation across low‑code tools such as Workfront Fusion as well as custom development using Python, JavaScript, and API integrations, ensuring efficient and reliable system connections.
Agentic AI Development
- Create, manage, and own impactful agentic AI-driven solutions for multiple stakeholder groups, taking responsibility for ideation, architecture, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
System Processes
- Establish and maintain robust governance for project tracking, communication, and collaboration within Workfront.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with internal teams to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Reporting and Dashboard Management
- Create and manage adaptable reports and dashboards; conduct regular audits to ensure their effectiveness and accuracy.
Customization
- Continuously update custom fields and forms to meet the diverse needs of various teams.
Configuration and Maintenance
- Oversee processes and documentation; manage system updates and test new releases.
Training and Support
- Develop and deliver training materials to enhance platform utilization across the organization. Participate in Beta testing with Adobe to analyze new features.
Additional Responsibilities
Workfront Reporting & Resource Management
- Develop metrics and reports to improve workflow and resource management
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines
- Adobe Workfront and Fusion certifications a huge plus
- At least 5 years as an Adobe Workfront system administrator, with at least 2 years experience in Workfront Fusion
- Low code automation experience as well as exposure to HTML, Python and Javascript
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional skills in workflow automation, project management, and system integration
- Experience developing custom AI Agents in tools like Copilot, Writer.com, or Amazon Bedrock is a plus
