Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python
- Experience building and scaling data pipelines and data warehouses
- Background in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or high-volume consumer platforms
- Deep understanding of KPIs such as LTV, CAC, retention, and churn
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming (Kafka or similar)
- Fraud detection or risk analytics experience
- Prior experience leading small, high-impact teams
