Our client, a leading ride-hailing service, is hiring a Verification & Validation Engineer in Foster City, CA!
*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits!*
In this role, you will support the verification and validation of autonomous vehicle sensor systems, including lidar, camera, and radar technologies for next-generation vehicle platforms. You will develop test methodologies, analyze large datasets, and build automation tools to ensure sensing systems meet performance and safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation test plans for lidar, camera, and radar sensor systems.
- Analyze large datasets and create validation scenarios to measure system performance.
- Build and maintain automation tools and software pipelines using Python and C .
Requirements:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Engineering
- Experience with lidar, camera, or radar systems
- Python and data analysis experience
