Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of UX/UI or digital product design experience
- Previous experience in a design leadership or Creative Director role
- Strong experience leading UX/UI teams across multiple digital initiatives
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and scalable design systems
- Experience designing for ecommerce, lead generation, or consumer-facing digital products
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices
- Experience using analytics, CRO methodologies, and experimentation to improve digital performance
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, development, and executive stakeholders
- Experience managing high-traffic websites and conversion-focused experiences
- Experience in DTC ecommerce, consumer products, or subscription businesses

- Background in Agile or fast-paced product environments
