Our client, a leader in the fintech industry, is hiring a Tax Learning & Development Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA!
This is a 12-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!
In this role, you will design and deliver engaging tax and bookkeeping learning experiences, developing curriculum, training materials, and skill-building content for both new and experienced Intuit experts. You will also serve as a tax educator and learning champion by reviewing course content, gathering learner feedback, and hosting virtual office hours and webinars to help learners master core tax concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and enhance tax and bookkeeping curriculum, ensuring content accuracy and engaging learning experiences for new and existing Intuit experts.
- Analyze learner feedback and current course offerings to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous content optimization.
- Lead learner support through virtual office hours and webinars, serving as the primary tax educator and subject matter expert.
Requirements:
- 5 years teaching federal income tax.
- Strong tax expertise and curriculum development skills.
- Active EA, CPA, JD, or Master’s in Taxation.

Salary : $65 - $75
