🔧 What You’ll Do
🧪 Perform hands-on testing and characterization of tissue diagnostic instruments using various assays and tissue samples.
📝 Develop, write, and execute engineering and lab testing protocols.
📊 Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and provide recommendations to guide system design inputs.
🧬 Support test method validation, system characterization, and design of experiments (DOE) activities.
🔄 Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, documentation, and experimental workflows.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and scientific teams to support program milestones.
📣 Deliver clear technical presentations and communicate results effectively.
🎓 What You Bring
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
🛠️ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in:
- Systems characterization protocols
- Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Test method validation
- Writing/executing test protocols
- Data analysis & reporting
- Experimental/lab techniques
