🔍 About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Engineer to join our Product Development team, supporting the On Market Support (OMS) function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on electro-mechanical systems, solving real-world product issues, and driving continuous improvements.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
✨ Analyze data, evaluate results, and implement product/process improvements
🔬 Develop and execute Verification & Validation (V&V) test strategies
📊 Perform root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
⚙️ Generate design concepts and run experiments (DOE)
📋 Manage requirements engineering and risk assessments (FMEA)
🚧 Troubleshoot field/product issues and improve system performance
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience with electro-mechanical systems
✅ Strong foundation in systems engineering principles
✅ Hands-on experience with:
- 🧪 Verification & Validation (V&V)
- ⚠️ Risk Management & FMEA
- 🔍 Root Cause Analysis
✅ Familiarity with standards/methodologies:
- 📘 IEC 61010
- 🏥 ISO 13485 / AAMI
- 🔄 SAFe / Agile
➕ INCOSE certification is a plus
🎓 Education & Experience
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) 3–5 years experience
🎓 Master’s Degree in Engineering 2 years experience
Salary : $42 - $45
