Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM field
- 15 years of experience in avionics, aerospace, or aviation systems engineering
- Experience supporting FAA-regulated systems or NAS environments
- Experience with commercial avionics platforms and RLRU-based systems
- Hands-on experience with Primary Surveillance RADAR (PSR) and MSSR systems
- Strong background in system architecture and requirements development
- Experience with system integration, verification, and validation
- Experience developing technical documentation and stakeholder briefings
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to work with executive leadership, customers, and regulators
- Experience with MBSE and Cameo
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of GNSS and navigation systems
- Experience with Multi-Mode Receiver (MMR) systems
- Understanding of DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, ARP4754, and TSO standards
- Familiarity with IFF and AIMS certification/testing
- Experience with space-based systems or satellite navigation technologies
