Duration: 12 Month Contract

Rate: $39.50/hr

This Boston-based opportunity is with a company in the IT and business systems space seeking a System Analyst professional to support enterprise technology initiatives. The role centers on Salesforce, CRM enhancements, system requirements, testing support, and application maintenance in a 12-month contract engagement. Hybrid likely allowed once ramped up to speed.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

· 1–2 years of professional experience with a BS or AS degree, or 5 years of experience with a HS Diploma/equivalent

· Experience supporting IT projects and related task coordination

· Working knowledge of Salesforce for system requirements, changes, and maintenance

· Experience supporting CRM enhancement testing initiatives

· Familiarity with test run management and defect tracking in HP ALM

· Ability to work within established procedures while supporting ongoing technology initiatives

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Experience working in enterprise IT environments

· Exposure to application support, systems enhancements, or infrastructure-related projects

· Ability to evaluate business needs and support system improvement efforts

· Experience working with managers, project managers, and cross-functional IT teams

· Understanding of business systems, applications, and operational processes
