Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Active Directory (preferably Azure AD)
- Office 365 and Dynamics 365 experience
- Microsoft SCCM experience
- Experience working with firewalls
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Issue Trak or ServiceNow
