Our client, a leader in financial services & banking, is hiring a Supplier/Vendor Enablement Operations Specialist to join their team in West Des Moines, IA!
**This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits**
As the Supplier/Vendor Enablement Operations Specialist, you will support supplier onboarding, vendor maintenance, and payment modernization initiatives while ensuring accurate supplier data management across procurement and payment systems.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain supplier records within PeopleSoft and Ariba
- Support supplier migration from check payments to ACH/digital payment methods
- Research and resolve supplier data discrepancies between systems
- Monitor supplier onboarding and payment processing workflows
- Troubleshoot escalated supplier and payment issues independently
- Assist with process improvements, system cleanup projects, and operational documentation
Desired Skills:
- Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Ariba
- Background in supplier onboarding, vendor management, or accounts payable operations
- Knowledge of payment processing, ACH setup, and supplier maintenance workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
