Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization environments
- Experience managing enterprise storage systems such as Dell/EMC Unity or NetApp
- Experience administering enterprise backup platforms including Rubrik or Dell IDPA
- Strong understanding of Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core Microsoft infrastructure services
- Experience supporting highly available virtualized environments and disaster recovery strategies
- Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter administration, upgrades, and patching
- Experience with SAN storage optimization and performance tuning
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
- Experience working with enterprise hardware platforms such as HPE ProLiant servers
- Ability to support after-hours maintenance and incident response activities
- VMware, Microsoft, storage, or backup-related certifications
- Experience supporting cybersecurity hardening initiatives guided by CISA or similar frameworks
- Experience implementing ransomware protection and backup isolation strategies
- Experience with replication technologies and disaster recovery planning
- Familiarity with private cloud infrastructure and enterprise monitoring systems
- Experience managing large-scale Active Directory forest and domain environments
