Required Skills & Experience
- Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience providing technical support in a professional environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user issues
- Strong communication skills supporting both technical and non-technical users
- 5 years of enterprise-level desktop support experience
- Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Ability to resolve complex, high-impact technical issues
