Sr. DevOps Engineer | Network / Hybrid / PHX

A senior DevOps engineer is needed for a technology focused organization supporting large scale cloud and on prem infrastructure. This is a full time role based in Scottsdale AZ, Chicago IL, or San Francisco CA with a 3 day hybrid schedule and Wednesdays onsite. The environment is built around AWS, Terraform, CI CD pipelines, Python, and modern network automation practices.

This opportunity is ideal for a DevOps engineer who enjoys working close to networking teams and automating real world infrastructure. The team is modernizing how network changes are delivered, moving from manual processes to code driven workflows. The right person will have room to influence tooling, design automation, and build systems that are used daily by engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering
• Strong Python experience
• Hands on experience with Terraform or Ansible
• Solid networking fundamentals including routing, switching, and firewalls
• Experience building or supporting CI CD pipelines
• Comfort working with YAML, JSON, or XML
• Experience supporting cloud and on prem environments

• AWS infrastructure experience
• Network automation or NetDevOps background
• JavaScript familiarity
• Observability or monitoring tooling experience
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Automating network infrastructure changes using Terraform and code
• Building tools and workflows for device configuration
• Supporting firewall and load balancing infrastructure
• Improving observability and reducing manual network tasks
• Collaborating with network and platform engineering teams

The Offer

• Base salary range dependent on location
• Phoenix AZ and Chicago IL: 106,000 to 142,000 USD
• San Francisco CA: 128,000 to 156,000 USD
