Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and governance
- Hands-on experience with data/content migration to SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Familiarity with legacy system migrations and content management systems
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) or Microsoft Graph API
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience in structured service delivery environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
