Senior Windows System Administrator

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join this growing team! This is a full-time, remote position; however, we are seeking someone located in the greater Phoenix area who can come into the office occasionally for mission-critical events and team-building activities.

Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity with a Phoenix-based company to work as a Senior System Administrator? Look no further—this could be the opportunity for you! As a Senior System Administrator, you will play a key role in overseeing the Corporate IT Team, with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud technologies. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the IT systems, including Azure, M365, cloud virtualization, Intune/Autopilot, office infrastructure, and various third-party applications. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the security and efficiency of our systems. You will also provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Microsoft Cloud technologies.

Strong proficiency in managing Windows Server, Entra, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Highly experienced with automation tools and scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.

Proficient with common networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.

Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls for Microsoft-based systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
