Our client, an up-and-coming defense company, is hiring a Senior Test Engineer in Bridgeton, MO!
*This is an FTE position!*
In this role, the Senior Test Engineer will lead the planning, development, and execution of system-level testing for complex defense and technology products, ensuring all hardware and software components meet performance and compliance standards. The engineer will collaborate across multiple engineering teams to troubleshoot systems, analyze test data, develop test procedures, and support product validation efforts in both onsite and offsite testing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of system-level testing for complex hardware and software products.
- Create and manage test plans, procedures, and data analysis to ensure products meet MIL-STD requirements and performance specifications.
- • Troubleshoot test equipment, hardware, and software issues while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to support product validation and testing efforts.
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of test engineering experience.
- Experience with hardware/software testing and MIL-STD-810G or 461E.
- Knowledge of test equipment, sensors, and data analysis.

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
