Senior SRE / Hybrid / Tempe

A growing engineering organization is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for a full-time hybrid position in Tempe, Arizona (3 days onsite). This team supports the reliability and performance of large-scale cloud infrastructure platforms built primarily in AWS with workloads in Azure and GCP. The role focuses on improving system reliability, infrastructure automation, and observability while supporting containerized production environments and modern DevOps tooling.

This position sits at the center of the organization’s cloud platform reliability initiatives, working closely with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure is scalable, resilient, and automated. The team is looking for engineers who enjoy diving into production environments, improving monitoring visibility, and building infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Engineers in this group get exposure to Kubernetes-based deployments, modern monitoring platforms, and multi-cloud infrastructure, making it a great opportunity to grow into more advanced platform or reliability engineering roles.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Experience supporting AWS-based environments
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience working within Linux environments
• Strong Bash scripting experience
• Experience working with containerized environments such as Kubernetes or ECS
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Python scripting experience
• Experience supporting Azure or GCP environments
• Experience working with observability or monitoring platforms
• Experience with logging platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, or Sumo Logic
• Exposure to modern DevOps or platform engineering practices
