Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience developing software for robotics, automation, embedded, or physical systems
- Strong proficiency in C and C
- Python experience for tooling, testing, and automation
- Hands-on experience with ROS and ROS2 development
- Experience integrating industrial robotic systems and controllers
- Experience implementing industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus, or Profinet
- Familiarity with embedded communication interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and GPIO
- Experience developing software for Real-Time Linux or RTOS environments
- Strong debugging skills across software, firmware, hardware, and systems integration
- Experience with source control, code reviews, automated testing, and CICD practices
- Machine vision or camera system integration experience
- Familiarity with OpenCV or similar computer vision frameworks
- Motion control, servo tuning, and trajectory planning experience
- Experience with ML inference frameworks such as TensorRT, ONNX, or TFLite
- Exposure to simulation environments including Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or MoveIt
- Knowledge of functional safety standards applicable to industrial or robotics systems
