Our client, a leading global fintech company, delivers cutting-edge business and financial management solutions for SMBs, financial institutions, consumers, and accounting professionals. We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payment processing and invoicing, ensuring timely supplier payments.
• Analyze invoices and expenses for completeness and accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders across accounting departments, the GSP, and an outsourced India team.
• Participate in daily meetings, AP activities, and cross-functional projects.
• Continuously review and optimize accounts payable processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Recommend and support automation of analytics/reporting to enhance productivity.
• Apply data mining to identify business and process improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving, innovation, and critical thinking.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5 years in Procurement or Accounts Payable.
• Expertise in payables procedures and full-cycle accounting (North America and internationally preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and multi-project management skills.
• Experience with process improvement and best practice development.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications, Google Suite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Slack.
• Advanced Excel/data analytics skills; exposure to PowerPoint, Oracle, Aravo, Coupa is a plus.
