What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Corporate Recruiter position at Motion Recruitment?
Our client is a leading company that provides property management platforms to streamline leasing, renting, management and accounting of residential and commercial properties.
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter local to Dallas, TX for a contract engagement. This person will be working on a remote team and most come into the office 1 or 2 days a month as needed.
The ideal candidate will understand how to work through relationships and referral pipelines to find talent. This person will support a variety of Professional roles and need to be organized and have the ability to work through ambiguity to get things done.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (in office 1 - 2x monthly)
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter
- Previous experience recruiting for business groups such as Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Compliance Services.
- Build and manage a referral pipeline, leveraging employee networks and engagement strategies to attract top talent.
- This person needs to think about the project efforts that will be supported for recruiting on specific roles and also demonstrate the ability to be a good HR/Recruiting Business Partner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience w/ real estate, commercial real estate, vacation rentals, or multi-family services (a variety of things within property management) would be helpful.
- Bringing a software background from a recruiting standpoint
