In this role, you will work across multiple departments to understand business needs, translate them into technology solutions, and ensure that systems are aligned with organizational goals and long-term strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, optimization, and strategic evolution of Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications. This position plays a key role in shaping the company’s ERP transformation roadmap, consolidating systems, and maximizing ROI on enterprise technology investments. You will also provide Tier 3 support, lead project planning efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to solve complex business challenges.
This is a highly visible role that participates in strategic leadership discussions, co-leads corporate project initiatives, and provides direct coaching to the ERP team. A consultative mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users are essential.

- Expertise working with Microsoft-based ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Expertise with Microsoft technologies, M365, Power Platforms, Power BI, D365
- Experience working with cross functional teams and driving change
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Team Player who can work internally and externally
- Experience in Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse, or Supply Chain
- Management or Mentorship skills
