Job Overview:
- .NET Developer (L2) role within Home Lending Servicing Technology organization supporting mortgage and asset management systems.
- This is a hands-on application development role focused on building and enhancing enterprise-grade services and web applications in an Agile environment.
- The engineer will work closely with onshore and offshore scrum teams to deliver scalable solutions across backend and full-stack components, primarily using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services, with exposure to microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, and PCF deployments.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced “firehose” backlog environment where strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and production support capability are essential.
- Front-end exposure with Angular or React is a plus, and familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira/Confluence), observability platforms (AppDynamics, Splunk), and strong communication skills are critical for success in this hybrid Charlotte-based role.
Ideal Profile Target:
- Jr. level .NET Developer (2 years experience)
- Background working in financial services / banks preferred
- Has recent hands-on .NET Core Azure work
- Has lived in enterprise Agile Scrum teams
- Can operate in production-heavy, mortgage/banking systems
- Shows ownership urgency under pressure
