Contract Duration: 12 Months Required Skills & Experience
- 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, page layouts)
- Experience analyzing and improving end-to-end sales processes and CRM systems
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and UAT testing
- Understanding of managed packages vs. custom-built solutions
- Experience with business process automation and orchestration tools
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar
- Working knowledge of Apex (basic), APIs, JSON, data structures, and data models Desired Skills & Experience
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst)
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and mobile optimization
- Exposure to integration tools such as MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments What You Will Be Doing
- Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Lightning Experience)
- Reporting & dashboards, automation (flows/workflows)
- Integrations, APIs, and data structures (JSON)
- Third-party tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com)
- Analyze and document current Salesforce configurations, workflows, and data structures
- Design and recommend future-state CRM solutions and enhancements
- Gather requirements and translate into user stories and functional specs
- Collaborate with technical teams on configurations and integrations
- Build and validate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Support automation initiatives aligned with sales operations goals
- Perform testing (UAT) and deployment support
- Deliver training, documentation, and user adoption strategies
