Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of hands-on experience configuring electro-mechanical systems in real-world environments
- Strong expertise in electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and root cause troubleshooting
- Experience using CAD tools such as Onshape or SolidWorks for design and documentation
- Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line utilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on experience with automotive tire changes and wheel balancing
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Engineering Technology, IT, Mechatronics, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Experience in manufacturing, automation, or hardware startup environments
- Veteran or prior military service experience
- Experience creating test scripts, documenting procedures, and training team members
- Familiarity with motion systems, sensors, and robotic subsystems
