Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Engineer or Systems Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
- Strong experience with Azure (Azure AD / Entra ID, Virtual Machines, Networking, Security)
- Experience supporting HIPAA-compliant environments
- Identity and access management experience (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC)
- Experience with endpoint management (Intune / MDM)
- Experience with Microsoft Defender (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365)
- Familiarity with Azure Security Center and compliance policies
- PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
- Experience supporting healthcare or regulated industries
- Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator, M365, Security)
