Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in reliability engineering within electronics or related industries
- Experience with reliability prediction models such as MIL-HDBK-217 and Telcordia
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, PCBs, and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of physics of failure methodologies
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Familiarity with FMEA and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with power conversion technologies (AC/DC, DC/DC)
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
- Experience with Weibull and Bayesian reliability modeling
- Background in reliability growth testing and life testing methodologies
- Familiarity with burn-in testing and qualification processes
- Experience presenting technical data to internal teams and customers
