Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering within electronics or related industries
Experience with reliability prediction models such as MIL-HDBK-217 and Telcordia
Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, PCBs, and manufacturing processes
Knowledge of physics of failure methodologies
Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Familiarity with FMEA and Design of Experiments (DOE)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with power conversion technologies (AC/DC, DC/DC)
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
Experience with Weibull and Bayesian reliability modeling
Background in reliability growth testing and life testing methodologies
Familiarity with burn-in testing and qualification processes
Experience presenting technical data to internal teams and customers
