Required Skills & Experience
- Undergrad degree Masters (MBA or MS) in Finance or Information Systems preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience.
- Strong stakeholder management experience to ensure cross-collaborative buy-in.
- Experience with implementation of strategic controls related to payments and payments risk.
- Payments Expertise – strong understanding of payment systems including payment flows, types, and messaging.
- Knowledge of Markets, SSO, TTS, and Lending products from transaction booking to payments.
- Familiarity with different Lines of Business and their involvement within Payments.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Strongly prefer audit background.???????
- Ensuring management and progress of the program is accurate, complete, on-time, and transparent to the constituent management teams.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives. Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of executing milestones and resources on multiple complex projects.
- Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build and manage relationships with each.
- Escalate program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
- Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.
- Assist project team in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure the project can be completed.
