As a Founding Product Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to own the product's most critical surfaces. Requirements
- 3β7 years of product management experience at a product-led, high-growth technology company.
- Strong design taste with a proven ability to ship polished, scalable products.
- Experience working across both consumer UX and complex internal tooling.
- Comfortable navigating high-stakes, regulated, and transactional systems.
- Extremely "AI-forward," utilizing AI tools to accelerate workflows and decision-making.
- Technical background (BS in Computer Science or equivalent) is preferred.
- Lead product development across key surfaces, including high-velocity dealer websites and vehicle detail pages.
- Own the core transaction engine, managing complex workflows for financing, compliance, and titling.
- Build and refine administrative portals to ensure they are intuitive and tightly integrated with the platform.
- Partner with engineering and design to define requirements and drive execution from strategy to API details.
- Synthesize insights from dealers, OEMs, and internal teams into actionable product direction.
- Ship quickly and incrementally, balancing immediate value with long-term architectural soundness.
