About the Role
- We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager – Analytics & Product Success to join a fast-growing mortgage and financial services organization.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and performance monitoring—someone who can define success metrics, validate product functionality through analytics, and drive continuous improvement through insights.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring that product features perform as expected, launches are successful, and business impact is measurable.
Responsibilities
- Own Product Success Metrics
- Define and manage end-to-end success metrics across product lifecycle
- Establish clear KPIs for product features and initiatives
- Continuously evaluate and optimize product performance
- Monitoring & Product Health
- Design and implement real-time monitoring systems
- Track key performance indicators such as:
- Error rates
- Latency
- Conversion funnels
- Feature-level performance
- Ensure all product features operate within expected parameters
- Lead root cause analysis and post-mortems when issues arise
- Deep Data Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance and user behavior
- Use SQL and analytics tools to uncover insights and trends
- Define and maintain instrumentation standards
- Identify bugs, anomalies, and unexpected behaviors through data validation
- Build automated systems to detect deviations in product performance
- Product Launch Excellence
- Lead product launch planning and execution
- Define success criteria prior to release
- Monitor launch performance in real time
- Conduct post-launch reviews and translate insights into improvements
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience working with:
- Contact center technologies
- Telephony systems, dialers, IVR, or CCaaS platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tools and systems simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
