Principal Technical Product Manager

Job Description

A leading enterprise technology company is looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager – AI to join their AI Product team. You will focus on building next-generation data solutions for AI/ML and enterprise applications, working closely with R&D to design products and validate early concepts with customers. This role involves defining product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for innovative AI solutions used by Fortune 500 enterprises across cloud and on-prem environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of technical product management experience (firm requirement)
• 9 years in product management, product marketing, consulting, or business operations
• Strong experience defining product line roadmaps and strategy
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing)
• Deep experience in AI workloads and building AI products
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in enterprise data management or storage platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, infrastructure, and AI technologies
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is a plus
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI solutions
• Analyze current product portfolio and identify gaps or new opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to build enterprise-scale AI products
• Work with customers to validate early product concepts
  
  

The Offer

• Base salary: 190k-290K
• Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA
