Contract Length: initial 17 Months
We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support customer engagement and growth initiatives for a leading technology organization. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage, retain, and delight customers throughout their journey.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with experience building multi-channel campaigns, leveraging customer insights, optimizing marketing automation, and partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Design, launch, and manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across channels including email, in-product messaging, push notifications, and SMS
- Develop customer segmentation strategies and campaign journeys based on customer behavior, insights, and business goals
- Own campaign execution, timelines, measurement, and optimization across marketing technology platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or customer engagement marketing
- Experience developing and executing B2B or B2C lifecycle campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools
- Experience with customer segmentation, campaign logic, and data-driven marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and customer insights
- Experience managing A/B testing, optimization strategies, and measurement plans
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
