Required Skills & Experience
- Loan IQ Experience: Hands-on experience using Loan IQ system notebooks, including but not limited to:
- Customer Notebook: Manages borrower information.
- Deal Notebook: Houses deal data including credit agreement details, lenders involved, deal departments, pricing options, and facilities (revolver, term loans, term loan B, letter of credit, swingline, etc.).
- Facility Details:
- Understanding what can be borrowed under each facility type within the deal.
- Candidates must have experience with of the Customer and Deal Notebooks.
- Syndicated Loan & Agency Experience:
- Experience working with syndicated loans involving multiple banks.
- Understanding the role of an agent bank vs. participant banks in syndicated deals.
- Ability to process and input loan agreements and credit documents into Loan IQ accurately.
- Credit Agreement Understanding:
- Ability to interpret and extract data from credit agreements and credit approval documents to feed into Loan IQ.
- Candidates ideally come from financial institutions with syndicated loan operations.
- Building and managing loan deals within Loan IQ, pulling information from credit agreement documents into the system.
- Support various parts of the loan lifecycle but must have deep exposure to syndicated loans and agency experience (dealing with multiple lenders and complex deal structuring).
