Our client, an investment management company , is seeking a Banking Loan Analyst to join their Bank Loan Oversight & Administration Team. This role supports portfolio managers and investment teams through reporting, trade support, settlement coordination, and data analysis within a fast-paced investment management environment.
This starts as an initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension. This is a hybrid opportunity open to Downers Grove, IL or Houston, TX.
Location: Downers Grove, IL / Houston, TX
Contract: 6-months
Pay: 45/hr. on a W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain scheduled reporting for investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams
- Support trade entry and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Coordinate trade settlements with traders, counterparties, and agent banks
- Analyze and maintain critical loan and security data across multiple systems
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and data integrity
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• 2 years of professional experience in financial services, investment operations, fund administration, or related fields
• Experience with bonds, loan settlements, fund operations, or investment management is highly preferred
• Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with S&P Wall Street Office and/or Allvue Everest is a plus
