Lead React Developer

Our client, a leading energy company, is hiring a Technical Lead in Andover, MA. This is a hybrid role 2x !

This role provides technical leadership for enterprise web applications and digital platforms. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor developers, and help drive project delivery. The position combines hands-on React development with system-level technical leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and development using React and TypeScript.
• Drive technical leadership and mentorship for a distributed development team.
• Support cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives including deployment and platform reliability.
  
  

Requirements

• 8 years of software development experience including technical leadership.
• Advanced ReactJS and TypeScript expertise building enterprise applications.
• Cloud and DevOps experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
