We are looking for a Principal React Developer / Lead React Developer to provide hands-on frontend development and technical leadership for modern enterprise web applications.
Must Have:
- 8 years of software development experience
- Strong React.js, TypeScript & JavaScript
- Strong HTML5 & CSS3
- Frontend architecture & reusable component design
- Redux / state management
- REST APIs and/or GraphQL
- Git, CI/CD & automated testing
- Experience with enterprise-scale, scalable and high-performing applications
- Strong technical leadership, code reviews & mentoring experience
Preferred:
- Next.js, micro-frontends, monorepos or design systems
- Node.js
- Azure / Azure DevOps
- Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
- GitHub Actions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead frontend architecture and technical direction
- Develop scalable, secure and accessible React applications
- Mentor frontend engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, Backend and DevOps teams
- Drive engineering quality, performance and maintainability
