Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8 years of relevant experience in developing new products, ideally in the medical device sector
- Hands-on expertise with schematic design tools (Altium preferred)
- Deep familiarity with common electrical test and development equipment (oscilloscopes, LCR meters, logic analyzers, power supplies)
- Extensive knowledge in analog/digital circuit design, PCB design, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with sensor integration, FPGAs/CPLDs, and microcontrollers
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve PCB failures
- Knowledge of radiofrequency energy generation and control
- Understanding of IEC 60601 regulatory standards
- Strategic thinking and ability to evaluate product risks and opportunities
- Ability to bridge hardware/software engineering teams
